Celebrating thirty years of Irish language classes in the Linen Hall Library and the European Year of Indigenous Languages, this six-week series will cover a variety of aspects of Irish language and culture, providing an insight into the many ways the language is represented in our everyday speech and environment. It will focus on topics such as place names, the Gaeltacht and the Gaelic year.
