Metis Initiatives Community Interest Company are running a course of accredited training in Leadership and Diversity. The course is split into two part, with the first section taking place in November, and the concluding part taking place in January 2020.

Diversity and Leadership

The content of this programme includes understanding of issues of Identity, Culture, Ethnicity and Leadership. Accreditied to OCN Level 2.
Part 2
13 and 20 January 2020
9.30-4.30
This training develops the exploration, understanding and skills acquisition of the first module into working with contentious issues, using the concept and practice of dialogue.
Location
Training will take place in the Binnian Suite, Downshire Council offices.

The cost is free to participants.
