Lunchtime Book Exhibition and Talk

Terry Saunders will speak about his father’s (Cathal Ó Sandair) extensive literary works. The event will take place in Skainos and will be in English. All welcome.
Launch of The Gaelic Maps of Belfast
Wednesday 11 March - 3.30 pm.
This joint event of Turas and the Good Relations Unit of Belfast City Council will be held in Belfast City Hall. The talks will mostly be in English. All welcome. This a free event. Please register if possible, by e-mail with gordon.mccoy@ebm.org.uk
Singing Workshop and Concert with Éirú
Thursday 12 March – 7.00 pm. Supper supplied. This event will be in Skainos. All welcome. Free event.
“The Gaelic Bible”
Friday 13 March – 12.30.
A talk by Dr. Ciarán Ó Coigligh on the Irish Bible and its influence on the literary tradition. This event will be in Skainos. All welcome. Free event.
Dianchúra (Intensive day course in the Irish language)
Saturday 14 March – 10 am to 4.00 pm.
This event is being run in conjunction with Ionad na Fuiseoige, Twinbrook. The course caters to all levels of learner. Tea break & lunch included. This event will be held in Skainos. Cost £10.
St. Patrick’s Day Parade
Tuesday 17 March
Assemble at back of City Hall: between 11.30am and 12 noon. All welcome. Free event. All Turas participants will receive a free t- shirt.
