The Integrated Education Fund (IEF) is partnering with Ulster University to organise an event as part of the August 2023 Féile an Phobail.
The event is entitled, Education Provision in Border Communities: Opportunities & Challenges.
It takes place Thursday 10 August 2023 at 10 AM in St Mary’s University College, Belfast.
The event will explore the experiences and expectations, challenges and opportunities regarding primary education in the border communities of Northern Ireland, presenting findings to date from a project funded through the International Fund for Ireland’s Communities in Partnership Programme.
There will also be the opportunity to hear from Dr Stephen Roulston (UU) on a recently co-authored paper, “Education across the Island of Ireland.”
