Launch of ‘Voices of ‘68’ exhibition and event

Professor Chris Reynolds and Professor Thomas Hennessey will speak to what was happening in society at the time of the Civil Rights Movement as we launch the “Voices of ‘68” exhibition.

The Exhibition will be open to the public during City Hall opening hours from Monday 22nd October until Friday the 26th October.

The role of women in the Civil Rights movement event
Belfast City Hall, Reception Hall.
12noon – 2pm

Chaired by Dr. Margaret Ward, this lunch-time seminar will hear the thoughts and recollections of women who were involved in the Civil Rights Movement, or who were deeply impacted by it. Speakers will also include Eileen Weir, Bríd Ruddy and Anne Devlin
